🔄 Return & Refund Policy – SmartSelect

At SmartSelect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy, we're here to help.

📦 Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Some products (such as personal care items or custom orders) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

💵 Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

🚚 Return Shipping

• We cover return shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect.

• For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
